Account Questions:

Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer and separate ISP to participate in our program

How can I log into my account?
Log in at http://www.Myster-E-Mail.com using your unique login id/password combination

How can I cancel my account?
Login to your account and go to the "Cancel Account Here" page. Enter your password, then click "cancel your account". We also accept email requests to terminate your membership. Simply email us at webmaster@myster-e-mail.com or use the "contact us" page at the site. Email requests for account cancellation MUST come from the email address on file in your account!!

How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your membership in our program allows Myster-E-Mail to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from Myster-E-Mail without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings and/or referrals. If you wish to cancel your account, simply login to your account and go to the "Cancel Account Here" page. Enter your password, then click "cancel your account".

We also accept email requests to terminate your membership. Simply email us at webmaster@myster-e-mail.com or use the "contact us" page at the site. Email requests for account cancellation MUST come from the email address on file in your account!!

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info" link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your name and member ID.

You may place your account on vacation in this area--30 day limit, if you need a longer vacation period, you MUST contact Myster-E-Mail or risk account deletion for inactivity, thereby losing all pending payout requests, earnings, and referrals.

I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome most international members who can READ and UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!!. We use "bad" keywords, english tests, invisible links, turing numbers, and other methods as necessary to rid the program of those who are attempting to cheat the program or who are not paying attention to what they are doing.

CHEAT LINKS will be sent once a month or more often if necessary.

Effective February 1, 2007 we accept members from the following countries only: United States of America, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Signups from countries not in the list above will be placed on promoter status IMMEDIATELY. Promoters are not allowed to click but are allowed to earn from their downlines activities

Effective September 18, 2007 signups from ITALY are no longer accepted!!

Signups from ITALY will be deleted IMMEDIATELY and the IPs/email addresses will be blocked to prevent future signups!

I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.


Earnings Questions:

How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however we do give you a large percentage of the amount we earn.

What must I do to earn from this site?
In order to earn, you must click the links found in each paid email sent by Myster-E-Mail. You may be required to click a matching number (turing number) and/or respond to admin messages before timed page(s) will load. In order for your account to be credited, you must allow the advertisers page to open and also allow the timer to run down.

Most email links sent by Myster-E-Mail are clickable only once every 24 hours no matter how many of the same email you may have in your inbox or site inbox (ie if you click a link at 6:00 pm on one day and allow the timer to run down so that your account is credited, you cannot click that same link again--whether from a new email or an old email--until 6:00 pm the next day).

You may also click PTC in the various ptc sections (some country restrictions apply to some sections); in order for your account to be credited for clicking PTC banners, you must allow the advertisers page to open and also allow the timer to run down. Most PTC are clickable every 24 hours, although some may be clickable only once per week

Other earnings opportunities include:

referring new members to the program

catching other members advertising the program--caught ya is accepted ONLY in the forum found here Myster/Twisted forum

being caught advertising the program Myster/Twisted forum

participating in on site games (currently hangman and trivia are installed on the site, other games may be added in the future)

clicking Contest PTC--after a certain number of banners are clicked a winner is chosen at random by the contest ptc plugin; the prize is 1 cent(there are NO advertising prizes related to winning the randomly awarded 1 cent)
You may also earn by purchasing an affiliate page for $14.00 via paypal or $13.00 via egold (the affiliate pages are good for 6 months)>br>
Other earning opportunities may be added in the future.

You are allowed to open multiple links at one time, however you must let the timer run down on each to be credited for the page visit.

When can I request payment?
You do NOT need to request payout as Myster-E-Mail pays randomly multiple times per month with no request (some payment methods not included!)

You also have the option to redeem your earnings for advertising with us. Advertising redemptions are normally processed within 24 hours.

Payments will be made randomly multiple times per month with no request (some payment methods not included!) to all members who have .01 or more in their accounts. Payments are shown in your user information as "Commission Payment"

Paypal payments will be made from either suellen.roley@gmail.com or webmaster@myster-e-mail.com, and egold payouts will be made from egold account #533382.

Referral Questions

How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral url to Myster-E-Mail on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral links" page.

What can I earn through referrals?
Members will earn 25% of their direct referral earnings.

Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, it takes many paid emails received by members to have referral earnings show up, even for members that have 100's or 1000's in their downline. Referral earnings are displayed once a referred member has earned their referring member at least 1 full cent. Technically a member with 1000 referrals that have each earned him/her 1/2 cent has earned $5.00 but their earnings will not be shown until an individual member has earned them 1 full cent.
